When were last time you went to JB? my visit to Johor Baharu..Early Sept 06

Assalamualaikum,

Yeap...this was considered my first time I actually when to JB..my goodness after 36 years..
I did pass JB twicea few years back..

1. When I was on my way to Singapore 1989 (Suny/KPP) trip to Singapore Telekom..
2. When I was headed to France..just transit at Changi Airport..1997..

That was it....then was the only time I managed to land there..

But recent trip was kinda fun..I was accompanied by a college friend of mine..Previously he used to be working there for almost 6 years..sometimes..when you were driving..then there was someone else talking..it would stop you from getting sleepy...

All the way I did enjoy driving...on the way my car ran out of gas...Lucky we managed to find a gas station....FYI..we hardly found nearby one...it was like 10km from the exit..so my friends...next time.if you like to go here..please fill up your car tank in full..

We arrived at Muar almost 8pm..had a drink with ....She works there..teacher..

Later went to friend at Pasir Gudang...to meet another friend name Ussamah..he sells houses.. if you need to buy house around JB..he is the right person to see we talked until midnight..and spent overnight at a cheap motel...the best one.. ..the morning at the hotel..

Later we had a chance to meet my ex-college..En Ariffin ...in his office.. what a surprised..Previoulsy, we grew up in Subang Jaya SUNY/KPP/ITM..we were in the same dormitory...later..we split..he went to RPI, New York..I went to Clarkson University..Postdam..about 6 hour drive...this was the first time I saw him after 13 years..time changed..everybody changed too..but I was glad to see him there..

After maghrib, we met a yahoogroup moderator.. En Shaid we managed to close a deal..Alhamdulillah..

Later we came to En Ariffin house again..Tmn Tun Aminah...we talked so many old and new things...It was good to be there though..althougg the time was pretty limited..

After having a late dinner..we headed for Shah Alam around 12pm..arrived around 4am...
